Stainless steel mixing tanks are used for heating, stirring, mixing, homogenizing, and storage in production processes, and are widely used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, beverage, and daily chemical industries. Heating methods include jacketed electric heating and coil heating. This equipment features a reasonable structural design, advanced technology, durability, and simple operation, making it an ideal chemical equipment with low investment, quick start-up, and high returns.
The stainless steel mixing tank consists of a tank body, tank cover, agitator, support, transmission device, and shaft sealing device. Heating or cooling devices can also be configured according to process requirements.
The stainless steel mixing tank body and tank cover can be connected by flange sealing or welding. Process pipe holes such as inlet, outlet, observation, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, steam fractionation, and venting can be added to the tank body and tank cover according to process requirements.
A transmission device (motor or reducer) is installed on the upper part of the stainless steel mixing tank cover, driving the agitator inside the tank via a drive shaft.
The shaft sealing device can adopt various forms such as mechanical seals, packing seals, and labyrinth seals (determined according to user needs).
Agitators can be configured in various forms, including paddle type, anchor type, frame type, and spiral type.
